Governments Incentives For Salons In The UK

All employers that now hire apprentices can take advantage of upto £3000 to help get your salon back on track. The UK Government have announced that all employers who hire new apprentices in England can now take advantage of increased incentives to help them and the economy get back on track.

You can also claim up to £2,000 as an incentive payment if you hire an apprentice that starts with you between 1 August 2020 and 31 January 2021. You’ll have until 30 April 2021 to make the claim.

The new employer incentive offers banded funding for different age groups making it an ideal time to hire an apprentice no matter the age. Where as before the support wasn’t always there.

With up to £3000 of incentives available for new apprentices aged 16-18. £2000 for apprentices aged 19-25 and £1500 for aged 25+ they cover all possibilities.

Designed to ignite the economy these incentives are a needed boost to the hair and beauty sector.
